Firefighters suspect a sauna stove may be responsible for a late night basement fire in the city’s south side. Five pumpers responded to a report of a basement fire on Confederation Drive shortly after midnight Sunday. Crew arrived on scene to find heavy smoke coming from the home’s basement.
