Sauna heating-unit fire at Pittston salon is ruled accidental
PITTSTON — A minor fire that started in a second-floor sauna heating unit at the Sapphire Salon & Destination Spa Monday was accidental, city fire Chief James Rooney said Tuesday.
Two men have died in a sauna after jumping into a plunge pool heated to boiling point.
