The Ocean County YMCA will celebrate National Senior Health and Fitness Day on May 28. Between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., all seniors are invited for recreational swimming, use of the sauna and steam room, class observations, complimentary tours, blood pressure readings and cholesterol screenings and light refreshments.
