Just as New Year’s personal-fitness resolutions reflect a perennial fad, people’s new workout regimens often result in quick fades. Sheila Rodel sees them all the time — well-intentioned folks whose resolve evaporates quicker than water on sauna rocks.
FILIPINOS had much anticipation on the President's State Of the Nation Address or the Sona. Others mispronounce it, in their twisted tongues as "sauna," others with intent, as "sana." The more brutal ones, coined new meanings from the acronym such as "stealing of nation's assets" among others.

BANGKOK, Jan 5 (TNA) – Injured patrons of a burning Bangkok sauna rooftop were rescued by helicopter as a fire raged through a landmark commercial and residential building in the Chinatown business district Sunday night, leaving at least one man dead and injuring 40 others, including guest house residents and spa customers.
