Thursday night, following one of Marin’s hottest days ever, I was sure the launch party for Marin/Scapes 2006 would be a people-packed sauna with food, drink and art.
It wasn’t the heat Monday, it was the well, you know. You were there. The humidity reached about 80percent Monday in Whittier as the temperature hit a high of 93, creating muggy, sauna-like conditions and plenty of sweat rings.
